Wow! I noticed a difference from the very first time I took this supplement. I forgot to take it for a few days and could tell the difference right away. I started taking it again and what a difference. I hope to never be without them. Thanks Swanson for such a good supplement.

I'm 68 yrs old and I take this supplement along with a few other Swanson supplements in an effort to give my aging skin what it needs to be as healthy as it can be. I have noticed a difference after several weeks. I've also started using Swanson skin creams which have wonderful ingredients that nourish the skin. My skin is definitely benefitting from these products.

In researching my wife's condition I ran across an ingredient called "Mobilee," which had performed very well in testing. Swanson's Hyaluronic Acid Complex, as far as I was able to determine, is the only U.S. company licensed to use Mobilee, and it works very well.

I am a baby boomer, and a yoga teacher, teaching yoga 8-10x per week. I thought the hyaluronic acid complex would be helpful for my hips and knees. Wow! Hips and knees feel great, even after teaching 3 classes in a row. I will continue taking this product.

It is hard to say if something works or not. I have been using this product combined with the Krill Oil joint supplements and I have no joint problems. I am just over 70 and most of my friends do. I credit this to diet, exercise, and taking supplements such as these which I truly believe help.

I take this and another hyaluronic acid product. I do wish this one was a little higher concentration, but it is good. Also caps are ;quite small and very easy to take.

I'm enjoying my senior years by staying active and healthy. I thought this would help with flexibility but didn't notice improvement. I know hyaluronic acid is beneficial in complexion care and have used such products. Perhaps I need the 83 or 166 mg. strength. So I'll step it up a notch and see what happens.
