Swanson Lutein - High Potency 20 mg 60 Softgels

We have been using a lutein supplement for 5 years. These are as effective as any we've used (yes, we have noticed a difference when we have run out). Not only is this reasonably priced, it actually comes in an appropriately-sized bottle. Most bottles are enormous for the quantity of capsules/pills/gelcaps within. That wastes material and makes storage at home a challenge. Thanks, Swanson for getting it right!

This brand will replace the last brand i had of lutein and it comes highly recommended. I probably need to be on it at least 30 days to see how it goes!

I take Lutein every day because I have to use my eyes for long periods of time in front of a computer. The capsules are easy to take and the price is reasonable.
