I'm very satisfied with Mulberry Leaf Extract! It really helps my blood sugar and I Love that it's natural too! Thank you for making it available at a affordable price!
Helped keep weight from ballooning during the holidays lol along with exercise. Really works.
Helps support blood sugar. It's part of my daily regiment
Have tested various combos to take 5-20 minutes before each meal, and a couple months ago, BINGO! -- hit on a GREAT one for maintaining blood sugar already in the healthy range -- even with an occasional higher-carb/sweets meal:ONE of these Swanson Mulberry Leaf caps + TWO Blueberry *LEAF* extract caps (60mg standardized to about 15% chlorogenic acid -- perhaps the most critical component of the whole combo) + ONE Niacin-Bound (polynicotinate) Chromium 200mcg (ChromeMate -- none other!) + ONE Quercetin of about 500mg.Swanson makes all of these products, although to date I have not yet switched to their brand of Blueberry LEAF or Quercetin...but I likely will. Even though this Swanson whole-herb Mulberry Leaf is so wonderfully economical, I may try stepping up to Swanson's Mulberry Leaf Extract, as extracts tend to be purer (I never give ANY whole-herb product more than four leaves for quality) -- and interestingly, I see that Swanson's extract version of Mulberry is also standardized for the Quercetin that naturally occurs in Mulberry Leaf. But getting back to this Swanson whole-herb Mulberry Leaf, by itself it wasn't as clearly helpful (even in larger quantity), but as part of my combo it seems *really* useful. And Mulberry Leaf by itself is hard to find -- leave it to Swanson to offer it, and both in economical whole-herb (this one) and extract versions!

This product delivers on everything I've read about it. I wouldn't be without it after having used it for about a year now. Do some research on its effectiveness on the web, and you'll agree with me. Also can't beat the value.
I can't say whether or not I like or dislike the product because I've only been taking it for about a week and won't know in the long run until I get another blood test and have my blood sugar tested.
I use this product to improve metabolic function. After a week, there was a noticeable difference to the better.
didn't see any changes, not in weight or anything else.
Swanson products seems to be fake as they have no effect whatsoever and whatever you buy from Swanson including this mulberry leaf
