Swanson Natural Vitamin E 200 Iu 250 Softgels

I've been using Swanson brand supplements for quite a long time. Swanson's Vitamin E is an excellent product. Highly recommend.

Vitamin E capsules are a lot easier to swallow than tablets

Small and easy to swallow

I buy these for my wife for her morning supplement routine. They seem to be a good value for the quantity as well as being sourced naturally. For myself I'd like to find a low dose vitamin E that's around 60 IU or so. It may be worth pointing out that this product does have soybean oil in it.

Natural Vitamin E would be better if there were 100 IU doses available.It is no longer the case. 200 IU is 895% of the daily value on this bottle. That is quite high even is you take one every other day. Swanson is excellent on delivery and quality of this product. I like the waterproof shipping bag. The estimated price turned out to be exact.

i have used vitamin e for years , i have tried many of the mixtures , but have found the d alpha , works best for me , thru the years ive used many brands of vitamins , but find swansons and one other that work for me , how do i know they work , by the way they help me do the things i get done

Since not ALL Vitamin E is created equally, I choose to take a NATURAL form of Vitamin E. Synthetic is exactly that...SYNTHETIC! This natural Vitamin E is good quality at a very good price = VALUE. Don't cheat your body or yourself by going with a cheaper, lower quality form. Get the BEST!

To label this product as 'natural' is misleading. d-Alpha Tocopherol Acetate is synthetic Vitamin E. Natural Vitamin E is d-Alpha Tocopherol (NO Acetate).
