very good product
Great for hot flashes!
Not sure why some reviewers were talking about the large size of the capsules. These are quite small
I've been using Swanson brand supplements for quite a long time. Swanson's Vitamin E is an excellent product. Highly recommend.

Small and easy to swallow
Very good product (vitamin E *natural*, 200iu, 250 gels) for a very reasonable price; Super quick delivery. I've never had a problem with Swanson vitamins, and have been purchasing from them for about 2 years now, will continue to do so, and I would totally recommend Swanson vitamins to anyone!!! I use this vit E because it's a low dose. Vit E is fat soluble and can accumulate in our tissues if you take too much. Also this product is not synthetic. Synthetic vit E has a DL in front of the name.
To label this product as 'natural' is misleading. d-Alpha Tocopherol Acetate is synthetic Vitamin E. Natural Vitamin E is d-Alpha Tocopherol (NO Acetate).
This is synthetic vitamin E according to it's label (d-alpha tocopheryl acetate) not the natural version, please correct the formulation.
