I take DHEA for my immune system. As an older adult I need supplements added to my healthy diet to give my immune system a boost, and I DHEA is part of the added dietary supplements I use.

DHEA for Hormone Levels
I started taking DHEA in concert with Pregnenolone to help improve levels of testosterone. My doctor requested blood tests before and after taking the supplement for 10 days and some improvement was observed. While we cannot be certain that these supplements are the cause of the improvement, I intend to continue their use for the next 3 months and have additional testing performed.At this point I would say the test results are encouraging.

I've been taking this since my mid-forties. At 50+, it is definitely working for the youth properties. I have to be careful with doses as this in combination with other nutrients, makes me break out like a teenager.I recommend this to all my friends over 40.

Hormone help hopefully
Too soon to tell but I'm getting older so I figured I'd start testing out hormone supplements. This seems like a good first pick to start out on.
