Fiber is exactly what my gut needs,so I take it daily.

Great product I really like them

I prefer this capsuled fiber much preferable to the powdered products on the market as I often found the powder sticking in my throat. Also prefer the capsules to the previously used large tablets (not Swanson) that were often difficult to swallow.\n\nThe fiber capsules go down easily and make taking fiber much easier than doing so previously.

I have been using this product for more than 10 years and I think it's excellent. I have referred several friends to it as well. Everyone likes it. It's gentle, not like a laxative at all. Three types of fiber, including oat fiber, so probably good for your heart as well. I can't be without this product, I take one with every meal.

I took these on a trip to Athens and even took large doses of fiber like 8 to 10 capsules twice twice a day, and it did great. Everything was fine. It was the best fiber supplement experience I've had. Now I plan to take them with me on my next trip.You can't count on hotels having oats at the breakfast buffet.

Works well. I do have to take about 5 a day to get the results I want. But no bloating or discomfort from this fiber for me. Seems to be a good combination of fibers. Of course, everyone is different, so you just have to try it/test it out to see how well you do with it.

These seem to work fairly well at stopping that extra hunger. It's nice to have something around for days when your diet is sub-par where fiber is concerned (and since I've lowered calories it can be hard). I don't use them regularly so I don't know how well they help with regularity.\n\nI just wish that they would tell us how many grams of fiber these pills amount to. It really bugs me that it doesn't.

It's okay. Could be better. Expensive for something that doesn't work that great. Better than nothing, but not really worth the price.
