Fiber is exactly what my gut needs,so I take it daily.

I couldn't recommend this stuff any more.I don't get enough fiber in my diet obviously, why else would I purchase this? But now that I bought some, I'm spending less lime on the porcelain throne and using a fraction of the toilet paper that I was using beforehand.This stuff saves both time AND money, will definitely be a repeat purchase.

By changing to a more healthy lifestyle, I lost 30 pounds over two years ago. I have continued taking Tri-Fiber Complex and have been able to maintain my weight without the jitters of stimulants offered in other control methods. I believe Tri-Fiber helps me maintain my goals.

Does this make me healthier? I do not know...what I do know is that by taking this I definitely make a nice healthy trip to the bathroom 1 or 2 times a day. What more can you ask for? No I do not lose weight from it...but I wish I did...but I believe it helps keep my 'system' moving. And that is a PLUS!

Works well. I do have to take about 5 a day to get the results I want. But no bloating or discomfort from this fiber for me. Seems to be a good combination of fibers. Of course, everyone is different, so you just have to try it/test it out to see how well you do with it.

It's okay. Could be better. Expensive for something that doesn't work that great. Better than nothing, but not really worth the price.

Although I have been pleased with other Swanson products I cannot say the same about Tri-Fiber. It is pretty obvious to me when fiber supplements work and when they don't. I have to take 3x the amout of Tri-Fiber to get the same result as other products. I don't know why, the label sounds good. It just doesn't have the same effect. Sorry to have to report this.
