Great taste and price!
I felt like it is less sweet than sugar. I have been using Swerve's erythritol (in orange package) and erythritol was very good, really measured and tasted like sugar, I used its erythritol to make creme brulee and it was perfect and it browned under torch just like white sugar. However, there was an article in February 2023 stating that erythritol may linke to cardiovascular risk (Titled: The artificial sweetener erythritol and cardiovascular event risk), so I changed from erythritol to Swerve's Allulose (this green one) because allulose, as far as I read into the papers and journals, is the safest replacement sugar on earth as of today. Of course, all these replacements are new and subject to further research so things might change. Even the Natural paper only came out this February and is the only one paper citing health risk of erythritol, therefore I am not saying you should not take erythritol at all. In short, if you are looking for something that really measured and tasted like white sugar, you should buy erythritol. Allulose, for me, is slightly less sweet and I have to compensate the among of Allulose I use for baking recipe. I use it to bake sweet bread and it is totally fine, you just need to add more. I used it to make Japanese fluffy cheese cake (which requires the replacement sugar to perform like white sugar to give a spongy texture) and it was also fine.
I have started recommending this product to my family and friends. The taste has a better flavor than other sugar alcohols that I have tired. I have been adding this in my coffee and using it for baked goods. It was perfect for my family banana bread recipe.
I love using this in my pies. Just wish I could get a bigger bag. The full allulose does not have that artificial sugar flavor.
The product itself is amazing. I have made blueberry muffins, peanut butter cookies and use in my coffee. The only complaint i have is please put it in a bigger bag!!!!! Why can't you do a 48oz bag at a convenient price.. Please consider it!
No bitter taste. Better than stevia. Use for baking, but I use less than 1:1 ratio for sugar replacement.
It measures like sugar so it's super convenient to sub out In recipes. But it's slightly sweeter so I do recommend decreasing the amount you use. The after taste isn't horrible but it's there. This totally works as a zero cal sugar substitute
SWEET BUT NOT THE CALORIES OF SUGAR OR HONEY
Unpleasant aftertaste don't really want to use it for anything.
Your shipping the first time I bought from your business was great, the second time you sent me the wrong order and after two emails the issue is still not resolved. I am planning on submitting a charge back to my credit card. Communication is very important and you're failing on that aspect of your business.
