Swing A Way Easy Release Grease Separator W-Triton

Absolutely love it! I cooked a duck recently and used it to separate the fat and broth and it was so easy and it was just wonderful to have the broth free of fat. It was very easy to clean,too.

Wanted one for a long time, need especially at Thanksgiving for making gravy

Works as expected

Ordered this to make Thanksgiving gravy and it arrived just in time for Turkey Day. Easy to use and handle, separates the fat from the yummy part of the drippings. Simply squeeze the handle to release the good drippings without the fat to make delicious gravy.

This is the first time that I have ever tried a product like this. It worked great, everyone in my family was amazed how we had no grease in our turkey gravy. Don't know why I hadn't bought something like this sooner.

I bought a completely different fat separator from a different company and it leaked all over the counter. It was a pain to return so this time when I got this one, I put it in the sink and filled it with hot water as soon as I got it to see if it leaked. It wasn't as bad as the last one but it still leaked pretty bad. I'm not sure if it will completely leak everything out before the fat actually separates but I'm not going to return it because of all the trouble it was last time and I'll even keep it in a bowl and give it a try with my next pork roast. The only thing that I can recommend about this fat separator is that you test it as soon as you get it for leaks and not wait until you need it.

I do not like it. Too big and bulky.
