Tasty 18”x12” Bamboo Serving and Cutting Board

This is by far the the best cutting board I've ever seen. It's a thick block of wood and is beautiful enough to function as a serving tray. This is so versatile. I've even thought about getting another as a tray for my mixer. I've never been excited to chop things up before until now.

This cutting/serving board has been so amazing so far. The first thing I noticed about this board, is how heavy duty it is and how good the quality is! This board weighs a lot, which is a good thing in my opinion! The quality of the bamboo is amazing too. I can tell they use quality bamboo when they make these cutting boards! The finish on it is super smooth and it just looks really, really nice. This board is also super durable. Because of how thick it is, you cannot break it or snap it in half! The biggest thing that got my attention about this board, are the groove around the edge of it. This has come in handy, and prevented so many spills of fruit and veggie juices! It can hold quite a bit of juice too, and it's very easy to just dump it and rinse it in the sink. Once you are done slicing up your fruits or veggies, you can flip the board over and use it as a serving board! The handles on the sides are very nice, and make it really easy to carry your food when you are serving it. It's very versatile, which has been really nice. This cutting board is also super easy to clean. All you have to do is rinse it off when you are done and everything comes right off! Storing this cutting board has been easy too, it fits perfectly where I need to store it. All in all, this cutting/serving board has been amazing and I highly recommend it! If you want a good quality, durable cutting/serving board, this one is perfect! I have had no issues with it so far. Give it a shot, you will not regret it!!

The Tasty Bamboo Chopping Block and Serving Board is a beautiful light grained bamboo.This board is multi-functional and can be used as a chopping block or as a serving board. The large 18" L X 12" W size is ample for any chopping needs. It is very sturdy and has recessed handles. When properly seasoned before first use it should provide you years of service.

This chopping/serving board is really nice. Fits right on top of my rack next to my stove. Appears to be a life-time item. Built to last forever. I like it and I'm glad it's mine. Can't wait for a post-quarantine party to use it (and, show it off).

I was quite surprised with how thick this cutting board was, as all the other wooden cutting boards I’ve used have been much thinner. Granted, I don’t think this is a bad thing. The sides of the board are a beautiful pattern (see attached pic). I also love the recessed handles that make it easier to hold, and I highly appreciate the juice well around the sides. It seems to be very heavy duty and I expect it to last a very long time. Obviously I will hand wash only. I’m hoping it’ll keep my knives a bit sharper too rather than using plastic boards.

Very nice and sturdy cutting board! I absolutely love it! Most of the cutting boards I have had weren't even close to being as thick as this cutting board! I've used it almost every night since I got it and it really makes things easier! And it's super easy to clean! I absolutely love it

This is a very substantial piece and to be honest was not expecting something like this. I was expecting a small, flimsy cutting boards and instead got this big hunk of wood. It weighs a few pounds, is almost an inch thick and is very classy, without being over the top. I'll probably mostly use it as a a cutting board, and for that it is slightly bulky, but is nice to finally buy something that seems higher quality than you expected for once.

This cutting board for above and beyond steardy. It's super thick and very solid. I've already used it multiple times and just adore it! It's also give in size, like it takes up half my counter top lol but if for some reason something EVER happens to this one, I'm totally buying another. It also has little groves ob the sides to make it easy to carry and move.

I would recommend before using Tasty eco-friendly bamboo chopping block wash mild detergent, dry completely. Most important is to treat the bamboo chopping block with a FOOD SAFE mineral oil treatment. I treated mine twice with food safe mineral oil before first using. This will preserve the bamboo wood; and, to help prevent knives becoming dull. Should treat board probably once month if not more depending how often you chop, slice and dice. Best feature for me is the groove around board to collect liquids from running over onto kitchen cabinet. The recess handles makes much easier to handle. The board is heavy when chopping does not slide on counter top. Flip board over and you will have a beautiful serving board for serving cheese, crackers fruit or even sandwiches. The bamboo chopping board measures 18" long x 12" wide X 1 1/2" high. Which is a large chopping board for any culinary usage. I am so very excited to have a fantastic high quality Tasty eco-friendly bamboo chopping block. Treat yourself and buy one as you will enjoy prepping your chopping skills.

This cutting board is the ideal serving board, with recessed handles. While the handles are carved out a bit shallow, they are still a nice touch. The edges of the board have a beautiful striped pattern. The only downfall is that the board has the brand name “Tasty” engraved in the corner, and it looks a little cheap. The board I received had a small hole, resembling a worm hole, but it doesn't affect the board's functionality. I love the groove along the edges of the board. My old board didn't have these, and I often ended up with a sticky counter around the edge of my cutting block. With this board, that problem is solved. Overall, this is a nice cutting/serving board.
