perfect for candy making
fantastic and easy to use. hae used it for both meats and candy making its wonderfully accurate. easy to program use and read. has a nice loud alarm.

Great Heat Detection
Worked great and I love the feature that lets you know when you got it up to the desired temperature. Purchased this for Thanksgiving Day Turkey not to brag but my Turkey came out perfect thanks to this handy device.

This thermometer works very well! The only recommendation is to put some heat protector over the wire.

I did not like that the device does not have a magnet on the back to stuck to oven door. I did like that it has an area to store the cord and probe

Do not buy
Used 1 time and it no longer works. Already got rid of the box will still be trying to return as it's been less than a month I've had this. Terrible quality.
