Quality!! This is Coco butter unsweetened guys.. First, smelt it.. I was like.. hmmm but yesterday OMG! made my first ever batch of chocolate.. PERFECTION! coco butter is not like your fridge butter, takes time to melt.. you can smash the pellets before you heat it up. Or do what I did, place in microwave for like a minute or 2 Just check on it every microwave is different.. and try to smash it into smaller pieces so it can melt all the way. Add your coco, sweetener, pinch of salt, vanilla and mix.. Voila, chocolate! sweetened or darkened to your taste :)

The taste is great. These melted well and quickly. Added bonus, I purchased them on a "Flash Sale" so the price was great! Outside of the sale, they are priced about the same as all the other cacao butter wafers I've seen and or purchased.

Cacao butter is expensive and since I have to make my own low histamine chocolate (with unfermented cacao powder) I need the plain cacao butter. This was delivered fast and was the best price I could find.

It's three times more expensive than it was a year ago, but what can you do. It's the best one out there by far and I use it for my body, face, coffee, and when I want some chocolate without the sugar I eat these. 😋
