Well there are about 4 different viscosities and textures, one is super thin and tastes a little more like sweet tahini, the next is slightly thicker and there is a look of tiny pieces of pistachios (this is the best of all of the textures, the third is slightly thicker and definitely sweeter, finally the fourth is very much like butter, it has a slick feel in your mouth like it however it looses some of the flavor of pistachios I really wish they would pick the second texture and stay with it

I had this for the first time in Italy and was thrilled to find it at my local WalMart! Spread it on croissant dough, roll it up and bake, drizzle with chocolate and you will have the BREAKFAST served in Florence AND Venice Italy! So good. It is also good on a chocolate bar - great substitute for expensive Dubai chocolate!

This tastes like expensive pistachio nut butter mixed with a creamy sugary white chocolate flavor. Texture is halfway between nut butter mealy %26 homogeneous ie Nutella. Delicious on a spoon with a cup of coffee or endless pastry options. These kind of specialty goods are expensive, definitely try it out. This is the basic flavor of the Dubai chocolate bar which is the big food hit of late.

I bought this before reading the reviews, I just saw that it had four stars so I figured I’d give it a shot. After purchasing, I decided to read why this had one star reviews. I’m not too sure if the one star reviews were people that received a bad batch, but I was very satisfied with the way it tasted and the consistency. It is way more delicious than I had thought and didn’t have that strong flavor that lingered in your mouth. Sometimes I even take a spoonful after dinner just for a little snacky snack. I will be buying another batch so hopefully it tastes the same as my first order. But overall, this is very delicious and I recommend.

When I opened the jar of Pistachio Nut Spread, I was surprised by the color - Mr. Grinch Green! Of course that's the real color of Pistachios. (When I was a kid they dyed Pistachio shells red, and my Mom could always tell exactly which kids ate half the bag of pistachios, because the dye turned our fingers bright red, and we couldn't scrub it off! ) Anyway, back to my review- when I opened the jar there was a bit of oil on top of the Pistachio Spread, just like with Peanut Buttter. I gave it a quick stir, put some on a slice of Sweet Hawaiian bread, took a bite... THEN THE HEAVENS OPENED! This stuff is fabulous! It's very rich, and a little bit goes a long way - you probably won't even want jam.

The first time I tried, this product was an Eastern Europe. The flavor was supreme and unbeatable. So when I came back home to the states, I was already an addict to this pistachio cream. It’s what they use in the Dubai chocolates and chocolate bars. So I wanted to have the bang without the buck. I have tried three different creams already and this is the one. It it’s the perfect creamy texture and sweet and salty of the pistachio and I am not looking any further. I will continue to purchase this one, especially for the price. It’s also very convenient that you don’t have to open up a huge jar when all you want is a spoonful of yumminess.

This is the absolute worst, so-called nut butter, I have ever tasted in my life. It tastes nothing like pistachios. All you taste is sugar, sugar, sugar!!!! . I purchased 3, thinking that it would taste the pistachios that I really enjoy! NOPE! Not one single bit! This is not even true nut butter! This should be called, sugary syrup, with the absolutely tiniest hint of pistachio. It is so gross! It’s like eating syrup!

This is by far the worst thing I've ever had the displeasure of putting in my mouth. The taste is indescribably horrid. You get an instant bitterness, then almost a chemical like taste that lingers in your mouth. I wouldn't reccommend this to anyone. This tastes nothing like a pistachio. I honestly don't even know how this passed inspection let alone made it onto the shelves to be sold to the public. This was a huge waste of money. Disgusting!

Have purchased this multiple times and noticed this time there was a bad after taste and like someone else mentioned it felt like my throat was burning when I checked the jar again I noticed this black stuff on it and I had just opened it and it was delivered the the night before so gross will never buy again

If you had asked me to review this item 5 months ago it would’ve been an easy 5 stars. They have changed the quality of this product recently. It used to be a peanut butter consistency but now it’s extremely smooth. Maybe added more oil?
