This is a terrific product! I used it to make hot chocolate mix and it is delicious. I wanted a dairy free version and with the coconut milk and high quality coconut it tastes great! The only downside was the it was a bit lumpy so I had to break it up. Otherwise it was perfect.

Nice light coconut flavor. May seem lumpy depending on how you store it, but it mixes easily especially with a hand frother.I out it n a container in the fridge for freshness. I've used it in coffee, soup and smoothies. Since it's coconut milk powder and not coconut cream, I may also add some collagen powder and coconut oil for some body. However as is it is perfect for mixing with Juice for a light hydrating drink.

Because of the brand, I thought this was a great substitute for the more expensive coconut milk I've been purchasing. Unfortunately, I will not buy it again! This product is not free of additives. It has a hidden sugar-tapioca maltodextrin plus a filler-acacia fiber!!! Why??? I'm on a keto diet and maltodextrin messes up glucose levels negating the positive effect of eating protein and low carb. Pairing maltodextrin with the fat in the coconut milk causes adverse chemical reactions in the body, canceling out the positive effects of a ketogenic diet! I'm very disappointed! It will taste good using pure coconut milk. It doesn't need the additives, especially not the sugar!

thought i would try this, since i inevitably run out of my refrigerated coconut milk before ordering again. I've also used the shelf-stable, but i feel it's expensive...but, guess you pay for the convenience of not having to refrigerate. it seemed fine after mixing...no lumps...dissolved completely in my shaker cup...but, didnt use right away...put in fridge to chill. when i checked it later, i was kinda disappointed that it had separated. I guess you need to drink immediately after mixing or use to mix in smoothies/other beverages.

A bit pricey, but overall a nice value for the amount and how long it lasts. I don't use it for coffee, but to add more fat to non-dairy ice cream made with the Ninja Creami. A few tablespoons plus almond milk and some flavoring makes a delicious ice cream that's low in calories. It's shelf stable and doesn't have an overpowering coconut flavor, so it works great for that purpose.

I've used other coconut milk powder creamers that were far more neutral in flavor. I like it fine, but my daughter hates coconut flavor so it's going to take me a while to get through this large package by myself. It's not something I would buy again for the purpose of coffee creamer because even while the coconut flavor is something I do like, I don't want it every day and would prefer something more neutral of flavor so that I can customize my coffee how I please. I feel like I can find other uses for it though, such as in recipes that call for coconut milk like curries, etc. I do feel like it's a great, shelf stable alternative for that. Overall, good product, good value.. just doesn't suit our needs as a coffee creamer. If you like a very coconut forward flavor in your coffee, then it's great.

Flavor wise, it is coconut and it comes through in hot drinks like coffee or tea. When I first opened it the product was fairly loose and spoonable but then it began clumping up into big lumps, even though I had transferred it to a tightly capped container. It mixed best in fresh brewed hot coffee or tea, added a nice creamy balance to temper the acids and tannins. It did not do so well in luke warm or cold drinks, very difficult to mix in and lumps of undissolved powder. I have one bag left of the three, I am going to put it in a blender to make liquid creamer, the only way to get the lumps properly mixed

I bought this because some reviews claimed you can't tell the difference between cows milk and this coconut milk. Well, that's not even remotely true. It tastes exactly like coconut, and while I only use and love to use virgin coconut oil in cooking, baking and frying, I do not like coconut in my coffee as an 'alternative', to real milk or cream. Since I opened it and used some I suppose there's no refund. I won't purchase this again

This product just sits on top of whatever liquid you put it into, it never turns creamy. I've tried heating it, putting it in a blender, a shaker bottle, a frother...no matter what you do, the powder just floats on top of the liquid, it never becomes creamy. It stays in powder form, so you don't get a good coconut flavor and no creaminess at all.

This is the worst thing I've ever bought to put in coffee. It makes everything taste like a bitter coconut, and at the same time half of it floats on top of the drink instead of mixing in. What a waste of money.
