Perfect little gift for the science kid. My 11 yr old rushed through it and skipped some steps but it still worked. Her loved it. Basically a cute little tank they can decorate that grows a little plant .

bought for our grandson within 24 hours he had it set up and watched daily for sprouts. he was excited when it started to grow great gift.

Easy setup and instructions for my 10-yr-old. The glow in the dark feature is awesome too.

Bought for a gift for an 8yr old boy and he loved it ! Was able to complete by himself. Items began to grow within a day.! Well worth the money

We had so much fun putting it together and arranging the plants and decorations. He found a special place for it in his room and is excited to see the seeds start to sprout! The packaging is durable and pleasing to look at, and instructions were very easy to understand.

I would highly recommend this to ages maybe 6 to 12 maybe with a little parental help. Such a fun brand with great stem items. I would highly recommend

The directions are not clear when it comes to putting it together so we had to figure it out for ourselves. It wasn't hard, but frustrating just because the instructions were confusing. Taping the string light to the top was the hardest part. It works great as an alternative to a night light if you're trying to transition to sleeping in the dark. It provides a little light but not quite as much as a night light. My daughter likes it which is a plus. I don't have to worry about the lights getting too hot or anything so I feel comfortable leaving it on all night.
