Ok I was scared because of the reviews. The email you have to look for its “admin.noreply” thats why I thought I didn’t get the game, I was expecting a walmart email. I didn’t realize it was for xbox but it works ok my computer.

Do not order this standalone digital from Walmart for the Xbox One, they can't deliver it and will send a code to origin. I ultimately bought this directly on a bundle with card and dogs. Product wise, There is almost no content in this pack. Some cute kids room decor that I did like, but as far as gameplay the small pets are all the same just reskinned and fairly forgettable past that they can bring you postcards.

thought it could be used on xbox, now I'm stuck with a dlc I cant use. It should have stated PC only.

I purchased a digital download. Despite talking to 3 different tech support people, it was never delivered. When I asked for a refund I was refused. So, I had to resort to a credit card dispute.

This listing says the digital code you will receive is for Xbox, but it is not. Tried to initiate a return, was told multiple times that it was being worked on, but nothing. Eventually got an email saying the return failed. Complete waste of money, and completely misleading item listing.

Redemption code sent via email from outside supplier and code not working. Now going through EA support as Walmart will not help due to it being an outside supplier. If you want an easy Christmas gift, go through EA directly...

origin code that is not for xbox. falsely advertised. its been almost a month and Walmart still cant sort it out!
