Adds an authentic flavor to the meat. I use it in pita bread with herbs, tomatoes, red onion and sweet pepper.

Different than expected
I love ordering shawarma in my local Middle Eastern restaurant and I think this blend is different than what I am used to.

Simply put, it's very bland. I marinated chicken for hours using 3 tablespoons of spice and could hardly taste it. I'm going back to making my own.

it's not shawarma blend. it's cumin
this spice has nothing to do with shawarma, it's contains a lot of cumin, smell, and taste of cumin is overwhelming. don't recommend it and don't waste your money on it
