Sadaf brand Pomegranate Molasses, 10 Fl oz. in a bottle

I've used the Sadaf Pomegranate Molasses a few times for baking now, and it's quickly become one of those ingredients I didn't realize I was missing until I had it in my kitchen. The flavor is rich, tangy, and slightly sweet, very concentrated, nice color so a little goes a long way. I've mostly used it in salad dressings, marinades for chicken, and even drizzled a tiny bit over roasted vegetables. It adds this deep, slightly fruity acidity that makes dishes taste more “finished” and restaurant-like. The bottle is a good size and easy to store, though the syrup is quite thick, so pouring can get a little messy if you're not careful. I've learned to pour slowly or use a spoon instead. What I really like is the balance, it's not overly sweet like some brands, and it doesn't taste artificial. It has a more traditional, authentic pomegranate flavor that feels versatile for both savory and sweet uses. If I had to mention a downside, it would be that the consistency is very sticky, so cleaning the bottle cap can get annoying over time. But that's pretty minor compared to the flavor payoff. Overall, this is a pantry staple for me now. It adds depth and brightness to so many dishes with very little effort.

Wow, this is amazing pomagranite syrup!!! Potent and rich! Not sure what regular molasses tastes like, need some for a recipe and this came to my attn. Perfect for my tastes! Not too sweet with a slight tang!

I have never tried this product before and I was surprised at the flavor it's different but very good starts off tart and ends with a very good sweet taste

Absolutely delightful! Slightly sweet, slightly tart, perfect with fresh fruit and labneh, or Cabot whole milk, plain Greek yogurt, a fantastic substitute for labneh.W

I highly recommend this molasses for you grilling, especially Shawarma's or any other kind of grilling.

I got the macadamia nut because it sounded good and I had not had it yet. The top of the bar is covered with a frosting, making the bar more like a candy bar than a protein bar. I did not like this flavor, but they have plenty of other ones that I do like. Good product to have in your purse or in your car or next to your bed for me it's a little too sweet.

I didn't like the taste of this at all. It seemed bitter to me. Not something I would usually use for molasses.

Do not order this. I ordered it for delivery online, because I needed pomegranate molasses for a recipe and they weren't available in store. They did not package it well, and it arrived broken with all the molasses leaking out of the box. Very dissatisfied and will not be reordering from Walmart again.

I ordered regular pomegranate molasses. I was sent SOUR pomegranate molasses. In order to return for refund I am forced to print a label ($3) Extremely frustrating. Ordering from Amazon.
