Thermacell Radius Mosquito Repeller Refills; 36 Hours

This product is amazing. Our back yard and patio is about 100 ft from a pond a mosquito breeding ground. Before I found this product we would have mosquitos hundreds if not thousands swarming us. After charging the unit up and dropping cartridge in within minutes no mosquitoes. Worth every penny!!

I mean the thing to rate is the machine not the refills but they asked me so here goes. I hate mosquitoes. I find them to be annoying and painful and I would do almost anything to be rid of them. So of course I buy the biggest refill size. Yes it's a flex and I will brag about it whenever I see my fiends and family in person again. I'll tell them how this stuff is an investment. It's golden

I was prettyyy skeptical about this product, but I was so sick of spraying myself with bug spray and lighting citronella candles- that seemed to do nothing.. so I figured I'd give the radius a try. I must say, I am impressed! I truly believe it works and it's soooo easy and convientient!

Bought an original (handheld) Thermacell a couple of years ago after having read about the Radiua v1, but not wanting to commit the full retail price. After a couple of successful seasons, i decided to bite the bullet and pop for the Radius and was pleasantly surprised to see my foot-dragging meant v2 was now available. Every bit as useful as my original with the added bonus of no butane cartridges and far less frequent changes to rhe odor-producing moiety. Like it alot!

We are living in Midwest close to swampy lake. For the first time since we live here we can use our deck in evening hrs. I am highly allergic to mosquitoes bites but when I start it, you can see them, but they keep distance from your protected zone

I waited to review this products until after I have been able to use it a number of times in different situations, time periods, time of day and during different activities. Thermocells are amazing. I use to hate cooking/eating outside later in the evening during the summer due to the amount of biting bugs that would invade our backyard while we ate. I bought two units and have not had one complaint about mosquitoes or gnats from my family. Amazing product.

First heard of Thermacell while visiting my daughter and son-in-law in Maine, SOL uses the portable version while hunting and it keeps the mosquitoes and black flies at bay. (Mosquitoes in Maine are pretty much considered the state bird... lol ) Then they purchased the patio version for the deck and its been absolute bliss. I recently purchased my own Radius and its wonderful. Keeps the little flying vampires away. (('m very sensitive to mosquitoes and black flies. One bite is like a golf ball) Being able to enjoy the outdoors without smelling terrible and /or feeling greasy is terrific. Thank you Thermacell for giving me back total enjoyment of summer evenings by the fire pit !

This so far seems to be keeping mosquitoes away. Only reason I didn't give it a 5 star rating is because I haven't been able to use it often enough. The few times I used it on our patio, however, it didn't seem like we were getting bit. That's a good thing!

I have this mosquito repellent along with the other thermal cell setup that takes butane and pads. The one with butane and pads seems to work a lot better than this one. Don't get me wrong this one does work but it costs more for the initial unit than the other one and the other one works better.

Device is too expensive, refills are too expensive, there is still an amount at the bottom of the cartridge that is unusable and it only works so so at keeping mosquitoes away. Other flying insects like gnats, etc. are not affected by it at all. Definitely not worth what I paid and I certainly would not recommend it to anyone.
