Love the Thorne brand. High quality. And really makes a difference. Usually I can't quite tell if melatonin makes a difference. With this brand I do sleep better with than without it.

Never slept better
I have been searching for a natural alternative for sleep. I bought the, 5mg melatonin and it works! I take 2 and sleep like a baby.

Does nothing.
This is the best looking melatonin that doesn't work. Try Solgar liquid melatonin instead. This Thorne brand does nothing.
