it's slices the apple very well. But it does not cut all the way to the bottom of the apple and you have to fiddle with it to get the slices and the core out of it.

It did not easily cut the apples! I literally had to slam the apple on the counter and press down very hard for the blades to cut the apple into slices, and it did not slice completely through the apples! Pass on this item!

This product is advertised as a stainless steel apple cutter. Meaning the whole thing should be stainless steel. That's what the picture shows and that's what the description says. What I received today is made of plastic with very dull stainless steel blades that didn't even cut through the first apple. It'll cost me more to return this item in order to get my money back. I decided to send it straight to the garbage after it wouldn't even cut the first apple. I'll just have to accept another purchase where Walmart stealing my money again. Walmart, not only do you jack up prices on everybody but you lie on descriptions and you provide junk to your customers. Some might call that thievery. I don't know how this product got five stars, four stars, three stars, or even two stars based on what I just received. BUYER BEWARE!
