Thyme & Table Stainless Steel Mixing Bowl

my husband and I bought a silverware set a few years ago that had the same sort of rainbow Sheen finish to them that we absolutely loved and when I saw this bowl, I said oh gosh, he's been wanting a new cereal bowl. Yes I said cereal bowl lol it's also great as a mixing bowl. It's beautiful. It has measurements on the inside, I'll probably use it for that too eventually, I want to get all of everything in this color in our kitchen.

First of all-it's SO pretty and SO unique -even more so in person.. I'm considering ordering another one for display purposes only.

Growing up my mom had Cormel, and everyone knows you shouldn't use metal on metal. I've hesitated to buy larger mixing bowls, but after buying the knife set from this brand and then the measuring cups I saw the pretty colors and thought “this is the new colorful kitchen stuff.” A friend told me that her husband worked in a steel factory and the way they get the rainbow coloring is through heat, so no paint chipping to worry about. I'm sure there is a coating on the outside to protect the color but inside of the bowl is plain. I just love this brand and finding unique fun ways to add color into our life. Very thick metal, I dropped it when I was putting on the dry rack and it did not even dent. I wouldn't say it's heavy, but definitely feels sturdy and held up to my clumsy kitchen manners. Definitely recommend.

My family and I love salad night once a week. Our regular big bowls never seemed big enough to hold 4-5 packs of salads. This bowl is way big enough. It's bright, colorful and has measurements on the inside. The stainless steel chameleon color is a perfect match for our chameleon silverware. I highly recommend this bowl for serving large quantities of food. It says that it's freezer safe, but I've not tried it yet.

Thus is a playful spin on the plain mixing bowl, the outside is rainbow while the inside has a goldish tint. I used a hand blender with a metal whisk attachment and it didn't damage the inside, plus cleaning it was a breeze. It also holds up to 5 quarts.

This stainless steel 5 quart mixing bowl is absolutely perfect for my uses! It is very pretty! It is top rack, dishwasher safe. Freezer safe too. Stainless steel is durable & sure to last a super long time with everyday use! I love that stainless steel does not taint any of my food like plastic can. Stainless is easy to clean too! The color on the outside holds up well to the dishwasher constantly. It has measurement lines inside that also stay put with constant washing. All & all this is a great addition to my kitchen!

I have all the rainbow/iridescent kitchen gadgets. They are so pretty and well made. This bowl washes well and I just make sure I dry it right away. It’s a good size for serving a large salad or anything like that. I use it more for serving over mixing because it’s so pretty.

I ordered this item for the first time last week and it arrived scratched up in a fairly mangled box. so I was given a refund. then I ordered it for the second time and the same thing happened again. in my opinion it seems like there's no way for this item to arrive on scratched on the colorful outside part of the bowl. this is very unfortunate because that's one of the main reasons I purchased it in the first place. you may not want to waste your money because I'm not sure there is one that exists in perfect condition. it's unfortunate that this is the best they can do. but if you don't mind all the scratches it seems to be a very durable bowl, but I personally, very much mind the scratches. I would not recommend purchasing unless you don't mind scratches.
