I am far too busy to post any kind of review on any products unless they are absolutely amazing but this one is exactly that. I've never heard of this company before but the workmanship the craftsmanship the power of everything about this product is absolutely amazing
I like that is vacuums while mopping at the same time. it doesn't soak your floor also. It's light and easy on the back. I don't like the fact it needs to be cleaned after each use, but it is worth it to keep it from clogging up or smelling sour.
This is my second tinco and i love them. i have had an shark corded and it just does not clean as well. i have to say this one has a better vac on it than my last one. I would total recommend this one to any and everyone.
This all in one is perfect for cleaning up after a toddler and all their spills. Use daily under and around the highchair. So nice to not have to grab the mop bucket or swiffer for this small messes but know from the dirty water that you are truly cleaning the mess.
Although this machine does a fairly effective job in mopping, the vacuuming morning only allows for tiny items like dirt. The other extremely frustrating thing is the part that dispenses the water from the clean water tank keeps breaking. This is the 2nd one I've purchased that had the same issue. Once the water dispenser breaks, the mopping feature is unusable.
Don't know why but it needs self clean only after 5 mins use or the dirty water will come out leak on the floor. Also the dirty water tank needs frequently cleaned out to prevent the leak apart from self clean. Also the charging is very slow but the consuming of the battery is so fast. Not even last for 30 mins.
It seemed like it was going to be very easy to use an assemble and in a way he was unfortunately once I started using it you realize that he lift streaks on Harwood and also on laminate flooring. The battery does not last long enough. I only cleaned a small living room, dining room and kitchen and it used 50% of the battery.
When we first got it, it worked great. But after a couple of months and only a few uses, all kinds of issues started coming up. Don't even bother trying to contact the manufacturer for support—good luck with that. They never respond to emails or phone calls. By the way, we purchased two different styles, and both ended up having the same problems.
The item was received clearly used. There were dirty roller, animal fur in the wheels and track, items were missing. What was in the box was out of the plastic.
This machine came to us in a broken and used box. The machine itself has been used - water was still in the reservoir, the exterior of the machine is dirtier than heck. We don't want it. I didn't buy a used one. Somebody used the frigg thing didn't clean it up then it got sent to me.
