i love it, i had the other shark wet mop but it wasnt self clean and this one helps out a lot in that department and it for sure cleans so much better. The tank is easy to clean you dont really get your hands dirty i love it

i don't like that it can't be used just as a vacuum. it also does not get dried on things up easy. but for a quick mess it works great. directions are not very clear on certain aspects.

My husband and I love the product and we have shown it to several people and used it in front of them and they can't believe how beautiful it cleans our tile floors and our hardwood ceramic floors

I really love this machine. I did not know how to dirty my floors were. The cleaner leaves my hardwood floors with a beautiful shine. I would highly recommend this product.

It was very easy to put together and use. The battery life does not last long at all. Especially for how long it takes to charge. It does do a decent job on cleaning hard wood floors, but didn't get all the spots up. my swiffer does a better job at getting dried spots up. I will be returning mainly because of the battery life. I wasn't able to clean my livingroom, hallway, dinning room before it died. My house is not that big and I feel like I should have been able to clean at least those three areas before it died. It had to be charged just to run the clean cycle.

Don't care for how much and how often you have to clean the rollers and everything out.Not too happy with that being able to use it one time then have to take it completely apart to clean it other than that.It does a decent job , not great , but decent

it's works, but not like expected. doesnt really pick up the fine dirt line. and when you empty it you have to pour out there liquid and dump the debris, but the debris is wet and nasty from the cleaning solution that it sticks to the side of the container and is very hard to just dump out. and if you wait for it to dry it doesn't want to come out and it smells really bad especially when cleaning up cereal with milk. the picture on the front of the garbage bin even has it pictured. paid almost 300.00 for this and would rather have my old shark vacc/mop that has the pads you dispose of. Just wanted to upgraded to something that would hold a little more and was a self cleaning brush, as i have went through three of the ones that are about 60.00.

Basically an electric mop. A normal mop works better and you don't have to charge it. Not good on baseboards and it doesn't work well on area rugs. You end up picking everything up with your hands. It has some suction but it is mainly to pull the roller forward. Would recommend for only wood flooring not anything else they claim it works on. Get a normal vacuum or something different. I had good success with the old Sharks. They lasted a long time. I had a steam mop and loved it. Worked better than the roller on this. Also the roller doesn't seem to “self clean” as it claims. Doesn't say when buying that you have to always keep fluid in it in order to “vacuum/mop”. If you don't have fluid in it, the vacuum shuts off. I liked the charging station concept and that it doesn't fall over like most vacuums now that are just top heavy and need to be placed against a wall to stay upright while charging. Hope this helps.

I haven't had this for a month yet and it's leaving residue on my floor and when it's self cleaning it's shooting water out the sides. Do not recommend

This mop vacuum is extremely disappointing. It stops working even when there's no dirty water left in the tank, and emptying it doesn't fix the issue. The “empty dirt tank” indicator keeps flashing, and the device shuts off completely.
