I was looking specifically with a cord, not a battery, to be more powerful. absorbs everything amazingly. plus additional brushes and filters in the set, and fluids. in general, very satisfied with the purchase!

Initially, we considered purchasing a product with detachable pads, and a vacuum, but the cost deterred us, especially as we would need to keep buying replacement pads. However, we opted for the CrossWave due to its affordable price and steam function. Setting up the CrossWave was a breeze, and using it was just as easy. It effortlessly cleaned our floors, leaving them spotless. We were impressed by how simple it was to operate and how effective it was in cleaning. Furthermore, the CrossWave's self-cleaning feature made it a breeze to maintain, and we found ourselves using it more often than any other floor cleaner we had used before. Overall, the Bissell CrossWave HydroSteam is a highly recommended product that delivers outstanding results.

I did it and wasn't expecting anything g different than all the others. I WAS WRONG WRONG WRONG! This is a fabulously thorough floor cleaner and has far exceeded anything I thought possible. Lightweight, super easy cleanup and WOW what a great job it does. I'm SUPER happy I bought it and would highly recommend to anyone that loves animals but also loves a clean home.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this because of its versatility, I've just removed my carpets & had oak floors refurbish that have inlays in front room & dining room, this vacuum can be used as both steam cleaner & vacuum. However it is rather heavy, but once you realize that all you need do is swivel the handle right to left it becomes easier to use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I LOVE THIS THING!! Is it a miracle worker on dried jam stuck to the floor? NO. Some things can really only be taken care of with a little elbow grease, lets be real. HOWEVER, it picks up dog hair and dust better than anything, and has a nice little compartment that separates hair and larger debris. It easily cleans dog drool off the floor (I have two Walker hounds), spilled coffee from a few days ago, no problem. Soil from a plant the hounds knocked over, easy peasy. And the best part of all, it EASILY cleans messes on the area rug, again, from the hounds chewing their bones or treats or toys or the beer that they knocked off the table and spilled everywhere. The rug is left ever so slightly damp after using the spray setting, but for how much moisture it puts out the suction is just incredible! I do find because of the amount of hair that I vacuum up, it is easier to empty out the dry vacuum junk and then do a wet cleaning round, this prevents any grime that can block the squeegee part or the filter. And for more tough jobs I use the steam setting (like on dried dog drool), and that one does take a little patience, you need to go slower on those areas. And for those who want something to clean their grout, I mean again, lets be real, that is a job for a PRO or for you to get the bleach out and get to scrubbing, like I said this thing is not a miracle worker. Overall, I would buy this a thousand times over and if it wasnt so expensive I would get one for every one of my friends. Catch me intentionally spilling things so I can bust this baby out to clean it up ;) It's lowkey addicting, so you have been warned. HAPPY CLEANING!

It's so easy to use, and it works great on my porcelain ceramic tile floors. Honestly, I've never washed my floors as much as I do now as this tool really works great and is easy to use and maintain after each use.

One of the dogs is a pup who we're having to potty train so things can get messy. Bought this vacuum to help lessen the amount of time it takes to clean my floors and I'm so glad I bought it! The pet hair roller does a fantastic job of picking up all the hair and I LOVE the sanitize/steam functions for when my littlest one has an accident. Couldn't be happier with how well the vacuum works! Highly recommended!

There should be 3 separate cleaners. One - hardwood floors, Two - Pets Clean and Natural , and three - Clean out Cycle Formula. The only one I received was the Pet cleaner. Below is a picture of what should have been included. Is there anyway I can receive the other two formulas?
