I love it works great ordered a different one besides thus one different brand and not happy at all will be ordering another one of theses cause I have 2 places

I absolutely love my Tineco. I bought the bissel before because the Tineco was out of stock and I instantly regretted it. I took it back to the store and then waited for Tineco to come back in. My Tineco doesn’t leave dirty water behind and it cleans my floors so well that I can take a white paper towel and wipe my floor and it’s clean. I also feel like the battery last longer even though they say it will only run for 25 mins.

Does its job excellently! No better machine to do what it does. It is a VERY sensitive machine so you have to be ready to do a lot of steps to get those floors clean. This is not to use on carpet or area rugs. It truly deep cleans my floors. It took 5 separate uses on all floors for the water not to be black any more! I have an infant who crawls around all day so its such a great peace of mind knowing my floors are truly spotless. It takes 4 hours to fully charge and can run for up to 25 min straight however youll never get a full 25 min out of it. Typically after about 10 min itll need to self clean but that could just be cause my floors get really dirty. I dont have pets and all floors are wood like tile. I highly highly recommend this product. The clean water tank is quite small and so is the dirty water tank but it can only be so big to keep the vacuum compact and light. It is Very light. I can pick it up with on hand and my upper body weight is non existent. The cleaning solution that goes in it is a bit hard to find right now which does suck cause it isnt recommended to put anything else in it. All in all it does exactly what it claims to do. I can wipe my floors with a wet wipe and itll be absolutely clean. Oh and it takes about 30 minutes to vac/mop my entire house which was absolutely not the case with a regular mop. This thing has saved me!

The unit seems to do a very credible job. The instructions are absolutely terrible . Their web site is not much better. Photos of items that are miss labeled, and buttons on the unit that are not even covered in their so called manual. Were it not for some of the YOUR TUBE videos, I would not have been able to learn exactly how all of the features worked. It is not plug and play based on the manual.

The machine worked great on my wood floors, but when I moved to my LVT, which is heavily textured, the machine did not work (no water, suctioning). That is my biggest disappointment.

Love this Tineco! Cut my floor cleaning time down so much, and my floors are really so clean. It is crazy how much dirt and stuff it for up. The only downfall is I wish the tanks were a little bigger and it doesn't clean well against molding, it's hard to get close. Worth every penny though.

It has broken twice in 6 months!!! I should have just returned it to WalMart when it broke the first time as it was still within the return window. I'm now outside of the return window and it has broken again. Tineco is offering to repair my machine, I'm sure I will continue to have issues with it. Highly recommend a different brand.

Total garbage that frequently breaks down and doesn't work well. I bought it through Walmart and I was going to return it but they had said to contact tineco customer service first which I did and they had me pay to get it sent out to get fixed. Then it broke down again and I told them I'm over it and want a refund and they said they don't do refund from Walmart and Walmart said to contact the for issues with the machine?! Horrible machine and horrible runaround service that wastes more time and money. The machine itself just gets the dirt and moved it around. It su is you can't vacuum the dirty then use it to mop because it doing it at th same time just moves the dirt around and makes it gross. Would never recommend this garbage machine and garbage company.

We purchased this item in September but because we were still using our old mop, we wanted to get as much use out of it as we could. The vacuum was used about 6 times before the roller no longer cleaned the way it should. All it does is spin and there is nothing stuck or wrong with it.

I mainly bought it so it can release me from mopping so much, but I tend to put more work in with this product. I have a short hair dog so Cleaning the fur off the machine after it self cleans is a pain. I also refill the tank about twice when cleaning my floors, emptying the tank I another hastle because I end up washing it so it won't stink up. I'd be faster if I continue mopping the way I do. also it leaves streaks so it bothers me how it's not a complete clean. And if there's a hard stain I have to stay there with the product running over it so it can clean it properly. Sadly Retuning. I was hoping to love this product :(
