TP-Link is a trusted brand for me.
Works fine, it's a simple usb dongle. The bluetooth works well. It was very slow to arrive though.
I purchased a set of wireless headphones and then realized my older pc didn't have Bluetooth. Found this in Walmart online, ordered it and installed it once it arrived. Best purchase I've made! Plugged it in, followed instructions and headphones work great!

Works Great! I needed to add bluetooth to my old computer, so I could connect my cricut joy. Simple to connect and now I can use my cricut with my computer instead of my phone. So glad I gave this a try.
Does what my stock Windows PC could not do with the stock BT controller on the motherboard. It actually finds all the local devices easily, even ones that the motherboard could not that are 15 ft away.
I am running Windows 10. My old laptop does not have Bluetooth, this USB dongle is plug and play no driver need. If your laptop already has Bluetooth, you must disable the existing one before using this new dongle.
Bought this to connect to my bluetooth speakers on for Fedora 36. Works great, however it is only BT4.0 I believe. Might be better to look for a BT5.1 compatible USB for the latest features.
This is not a 5.x BT -- it is 4.x and not compatible with earbuds
Tried on multiple computers and still does not work. Used both windows 10 generic Bluetooth driver and tp-link official drivers and both still do not work. Very disappointed in tp-link as I've never had an issue with their other products.
