I take different kinds of Vitamin D3. But I hate pills. I found this to be comparable to what I was taking and it's liquid too Easier to take …. Trace minerals is a great company from Utah … I bought two bottles and I take it with zinc also Works for me 😋

R.I.P TikTok 🕊️
Saw a TikTok about combining this with magnesium glycinate it worked wonders for my husband who was struggling with getting a good nights sleep and waking up fatigued. I even took it as well you just drop a few drops in a water bottle (or whatever drink of choice) has no flavor so you don't even taste it at all and it's good for you!

Oily texture but flavorless. I don't bother to mix in water or any other liquid as I want the most pure and potent form and this is it!
