These pills are a bit pricey but I've got to admit they are worth it. I was only going to the bathroom maybe twice a week before starting on these pills. I easily take one each night after brushing my teeth. They have helped make me regular again! The package arrived completely mangled though.

I've been using this product for about a year now, so this was not my first purchase. I did a LOT of research on probiotics before deciding on this one. I checked out each individual strain, and the issues each one might address. I had been having *some* gut issues for a few years, but about 2 yrs. ago my issues escalated to include constant distension, plus cramping and loose stools. I didn't know if it was a medical condition, or a certain food. I wondered about gut bacteria overgrowth, food sensitivities, an ulcer (h. pylori), etc. The doctor just said "IBS". All I can tell you is that after I'd been taking this product for a week, my gut issues started to resolve, and it has stayed that way for a year! I will never be without it!

I like these,because i have a diarrhea problem, and one of these a day helped me so much. Its very gentle on my system and highly recommend them. I'm so grateful to my Daughter- in- law for sharing them with me.

Been taking this for years… Usually purchase at Costco but realized I was just about out, so purchased here to save time and logistics… This is been a solid and reliable product. The fact that you only have to take one capsule per day makes it one of the best values.

Love how well this works for my acid reflux. Husband loves Mexican and I couldn't. Brother told me about this item and it changed my life. I can eat Mexican, I can eat almost anything. Amazing what one small capsule can do. Extremely happy with this product.
