I love the material these heel cups are made up of and they feel like shock absorbers for my feet. I dont have pain anymore on my heels.

I thought the claims were exaggerated but this thing really works! My heels were hurting fiercely from increasing my steps suddenly from sedentary to 10,000-17,000 steps a day for 35 days now. Then I started adding some jogging and that was all she wrote. I had to limp through those 10,000 steps. I have severe bunions and high arches so I know my step mechanics are all off plus tight hamstrings and calves. I didn't want to miss even a single day of my step goal though. I stumbled upon these while looking for insoles for plantar fascitis. What I don't like about insoles though is that I don't want my entire foot elevated; just my heels. I got these and continued getting my full steps and getting through my strength workouts. 5 days after using these around the house and during my workouts I now have zero pain in my heels! I still keep them in when I workout because the way I step isn't consistent so I wear them to prevent things getting so bad again. But I am comfortable walking around the house barefoot with zero pain after using these.

These are well made and really helped me with plantar fasciitis. I was able to get over PF in one week using these and several massage and stretch and exercise techniques. I didn't go to a Dr because I would have to walk and that hurt too much at first. I used AI and these cups to get through it.

have had problems with my heels the past few years. ordered the tuli's heel cups and I must say that I was really surprised how much better my heel felt. I wear them everyday, as a matter of fact I am afraid to go without him. they are very comfortable and durable. also I like that they are invisible in my tennis shoes.

They slipped all over in your shoes. They do not help with heel pain whatsoever not for the price at all. I recommend getting something more expensive that's worth your money because you get what you pay for and I thought I was getting what I paid for and is truly not.

I got these for achilles tear and bone spurs in heel. They hurt me very much. Not squishy. I was hurt for days in my heels. I tried to wear two different days and ended up throwing them away.
