This product is a miracle .. i have severe arthritis in both knees and lived on pain meds and pain patches on both knees. On 2nd day of this Tumeric I haven't used pain patches and pain around the clock. Hardly any pain meds.. I've try everything and this it !!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been taking the capsules for about a month. I have found the capsules easy to digest and have shown no negative side affects from them. I honestly cannot say that they are effective as the known benefits of tumeric are that it is an anti- inflammarory and an antioxidant. There is no real way to measure these qualities in these capsules, but tose values are proven for tumeric, so just knowing they are doing good is all I need!

I know it's more effective but these pills… way easier and unlike a lot of tumeric supplements this one has the black pepper too (which you need for the tumeric to actually work) . If you don't know already tumeric is a very old traditional herbal supplement. And best of off… I don't turn gold <I stained a lot of things with homemade golden paste! Lol>

I liked that it was gluten free and came in easy to swallow capsules. At first I found it hard to get past the black pepper smell but it didn't leave a bad aftertaste so I look forward to continuing with it to see its benefits.

I'm not sure if this is something that make take multiple months to see a difference or feel a difference. They are capsules which are not my favorite but that is just preference. The ingredients seem promising and the brand seems to be health conscious in using non gmo.

normally purchase another brand. this brand however came to me I opened the bottle and there was turmeric all over the inside of the bottle. I do not recommend this product
