This headset is a really good bang for your buck. My only issue is sometimes when I turn it on it says connected but no audio and I have to turn it off and back on.

Really like the sound, a little tight on my head.

Blocks out surrounding sounds. Great quality sound.

I like the idea of the sensitive hearing on there, and how the microphone slides and I like the idea the way it swivels on your head to where you can move, but the earpieces do not last long .

Bought these and was really excited to try them out thinking that a $179.99 headset would blow my other headsets out of the water. The wheel to adjust the balance for voice chat/game volume doesn't even work. The construction is very cheap and mostly plastic which has already started cracking on both sides of the earmuffs. Last time I'll ever buy a turtle beach product.

Worked great for a month and half. Headseat wont connect to the ps5 anymore. The usb plugged into the ps5 just blinks red then shuts off. I tried resetting the headset and still wont work. The only thing the headset will connect to is my phone but is useless because sound quality is not as good as my sony earbuds. Turtle beach used to make great products, seems like the past few years they quit caring about quality. Don't waste your money.

8 days after the 30 day return period, my USB transmitter stopped working! No lights, no nothing! Absolutely ridiculous that a company with as big of a name as Turtle Beach would release such a terrible quality product. I've had headsets from them in the past that lasted for a long time, I am VERY disappointed right now. It's not hard to make a USB transmitter that ACTUALLY WORKS! Didn't even last 2 months! I look online and a LOTTT of other people have the same issue! So this is not a one off thing at all! This is a terrible quality product and now I'm out over $100! You'd think for almost $200 you'd receive quality, but no, cheap poorly made garbage. My Nintendo DS from 2006 works better than this does TODAY, in 2024! 18 years vs 38 days! Isn't that insane????

Read some reviews online before you buy these. Constant issues and bad performance for the price point.

the first ones were better ive had two dif sets of these the first ones i bought and then had to send in because they were not working right and the secound pair are just the same they dont connect right to the xbox so ur party chat is always super loud and thw game volume does not sound right or work even at all sometimes sometimes when it connects everything sounds like its robotic like it just gets totally dif sounds like evem when the xbox just turns on.... i got a pair of the first gen ones and they worked way better and the sound quality was way better and i never had problems with connecting that one to my xbox
