Twin Peaks: From Z to A Collection Blu-ray

i despise products sold by walmart, on the whole, because they are designed cheaper to reduce costs. this leads to products that break down quicker, are thrown out quicker, and last much longer in landfills. almost all products sold at a walmart have this quality. drugs at pharmacy,some items in the produce aisle, and some items in automotive are the only real exceptions to this rule. that is, except for this. walmart hasn't yet been able to come with a way to produce blu rays for cheaper, so here we are. my twin peaks blu ray set actually works and will last as long as if i had bought the set from some other source. and, boy, do i love twin peaks. walmart gets a pass on this one.

I was stoked and thought this was all 4k bluray, but it's only the pilot in 4k. But still looks and sounds great in standard bluray

You can't really describe Twin Peaks, you experience it. This is a very unique and special show that is like nothing else. This is a great boxset that includes everything. The original two seasons, as well as The Return and the prequel movie, Fire Walk With Me. All on Blu-ray, looking incredible. So grab a slice of cherry pie and some coffe and enjoy!

Sturdy design, look's good on shelf, and finally a release that includes everything! Whether the everything of each episode is great is up to the individual viewer but it's nice to be able to view the whole show and movie in one set. Picture and sound quality is great too! The placement of the blurays is okay and comes in those sideways snap trays. They can be tricky but be patient and careful and they'll come out and go in safely. The design seems sturdy too and unlike some with the brittle plastic, I think this more flexible material breaks far less often.

The discs work great, the show looks amazing on Blu-Ray, I love all the bonus material. However, it is kind of difficult to get the discs out of the case.

The box set is great, but its packaging is so flimsy for so many discs, and Walmart's practice of delivering even delicate items like this one in nothing but a plastic bag caused two consecutive orders of this box set to be damaged in transit. It was as if the delivery person had slammed the thing down on the front porch. When it comes to quality of delivery, Walmart sucks terribly.
