This sleep aid is amazingly helpful. I was having some trouble at night sleeping thru the whole night so I decided to try the Tylenol pm Simply Sleep and I was able to have a great night of sleep. Most of all I didn't wake up groggy or irritable. That was very important that i didn't wake up like that cause i wouldn't have been able to work. I also had a great day at work because i was able to sleep a whole 8 hours.

Good product a little expensive for the amount of relief it gives

Works well, but not for those with glaucoma eye issues. Has ingredients that cause eye pressure to increase. Great for those who have no glaucoma eye issues.
