My body responds to severe stress and I ache in my legs, shoulders, and lower back (mainly shoulders) so on a whim I ordered this because I was in a really bad flare that lidocaine patches wasn't touching and to my surprise this gave me so much relief! Put in the freezer and laid in bed watching my shows. The weighted beads give a calming effect on sore shoulders. My husband used it last night and gave it a 10/10

It is good and soft fabric,but dose not stay warm for long,would be great if it was more heavy.I am a mom of 4 so at the end of the day i need full re st,my shoulders get so tired .I would love it if if was more wider but still it is good.

It dkes not hear up well.or stay hot for very long. Nor is it very heavy as I thought it would be.

loved at first and still like it but it caught on fire. i was standing there at the time. heard it crackle. the flax seed caught on fire and melted a hole in it.it needs 90 seconds to be warm enough but it burnt the flax seeds in it. and that melted the material. they need to use all clay beads. i used it alot in one day becsuse it cools off qu

Pretty much worthless for treating pain. The biggest problem is that it doesn't hold heat for more than 15 minutes at best. it's also smaller than expected and is NOT double sided. One side is soft and furry, the other is a scratchy material you would want next to your skin. You get what you pay for, but this isn't even worth the low price. You'll get as much, if not better use from a nice soft towel.

The beads burnt a hole in the fabric.

My 82 year old Mom hates it.
