I slept great, and would DEFINITELY recommend getting at least 8 hours of sleep, otherwise you'll definitely get the melatonin hangover. The gummies don't stick together inside of the bottle, which is a big plus to me. Only reason it's not a 5 star, I am not a fan of the flavor of the gummies, but that is just personal preference.

I loved these midnight raspberry ones as a night shift RN until my recent purchase. The flavor is very different and the texture is not the same as it was. Wondering if they changed the formula?
