They helped me get to sleep after a bout of insomnia, They easily dissolve in your mouth and I really enjoy the mint flavor they leave in my mouth!

I take cat naps and then I'm back up at night can't go back to sleep. I opened the little strips stuck it on my tongue let it disolve and not long I was out again. It has a great taste and easy to use. Great product to ease one back to sleep.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is a little confusing because it's called "Return to sleep" but the instructions instruct you to take it before going to bed at night and further in the instructions recommend you not take it close to the time you have to wake up. That all makes sense, but I dont necessarily agree it should be called a "return to sleep product". I like that it's easy to take, the packaging is quiet. You dont need water, just slip a thin sheet on your tongue and it dissolves.

I was kind of skeptic of trying a strip that would allow me to fall back to sleep. This actually worked well one night when I woke up and could not get back to sleep. The taste was pretty okay too. I would have preferred an unflavored strip, not mint. I do like the packing. It would work well for travel or just to keep in the bed side table.

I did wake up twice (which is a lot less than my usual 4-5 times per night) and I felt it easier to fall back to sleep. I liked the taste and that they dissolved pretty quickly.

I took it with me this trip because I usually don't get good sleep in these hotels. I thought the packaging was perfect, the advertisement, words were easy to read. I expected the strip to be similar in thickness and texture to the listerine strips. These are much thicker. They have a weird texture to them that does really allow the strip to melt in your mouth. I would also look into some other flavors. I do t know what you offer but I received midnight Raspberry. Overall concept is wonderful. Just a few things that I didn't like and wouldn't purchase the item because of.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I always have melatonin within reach of my bed and a high dosage helps me fall asleep, but these strips from Unisom seemed like the perfect solution for those middle of the night disturbances where I need help falling back asleep. The strips do taste good (with no nasty aftertaste), dissolve easily, and are easy to slide out of the convenient case. I love not having to get up for water to swallow more pills. Unfortunately, the low dosage of melatonin was not very effective for me and I didn't notice any improved ease in falling back asleep. Maybe it will have a stronger effect on the average person.
