They helped me get to sleep after a bout of insomnia, They easily dissolve in your mouth and I really enjoy the mint flavor they leave in my mouth!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like these strips. It doesn't really taste like anything although it's description says Raspberry. It acts really fast. I drank it 1am when I woke up and couldn't get back to sleep. About 20 min later I was fast asleep again.

For me, this worked beautifully. I would take one and within 15 minutes, I was back asleep (if not sooner). I work a job that I need to be able to focus well and if I don't get sleep, I am unable to concentrate. This helped me to get the sleep I needed. I definitely recommend trying it. Will it work for everyone, probably not, but it definitely worth a try. And it is non-addictive which is a plus. I try to avoid anything that could cause a dependency.

Takes about 1min to dissolve and with 45 minutes I was feeling drowsy. I actually slept through the night also which was huge for me. I could not be more excited about this product!

But after trying it for a week, I can really tell the difference of not taking it and while taking it. First of all, the dose is small so it I think perfeft for those who are having a hard time going back to sleep especially in the middle of the night. I always struggle to fall back to sleep and yes I think this one really helped me getting my goodnight sleep and put me right back to sleep when waking in the middle of the nightZ I would like to try the higher dose though since it's only 5mg.

For me, they work within 20 minutes, and give me a slight drowsy sensation. The only thing I don't like about them is that they make a loud noise when you close them, and that wakes up my husband. So I just leave the package open. But I do recommend these overall.
