I was very curious and interested to try the Unisom Simple Slumbers Return-to-Sleep Strips, Raspberry. I can tell it works great! Only 3 ml of melatonin, great raspberry flavor and fast dissolving strips help me return to me to sleep very quick. I realy like it and would definitely recommend it to my friends!

I feel that they assist in going back to sleep quicker than when I didn't use them. I will continue testing them over the follow week to see. I do recommend them for what they seem to do.

These have been useful for when I wake up in the middle of the night because they easily dissolve and work quickly to make me fall back to sleep. It's nice that they're mint flavor so you don't have a gross feeling in your mouth. The package is also small and compact so they're easy to travel with as well.

I kind of thought they were more like the breath strips that I've seen in the same packaging but nonetheless. Initially they left a wax-like coating on my tongue but it soon went away. The flavor was just ok but can definitely be improved. I actually think the product worked well though because I seemed to drift back off to sleep soon after it dissolved in my mouth.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I always have melatonin within reach of my bed and a high dosage helps me fall asleep, but these strips from Unisom seemed like the perfect solution for those middle of the night disturbances where I need help falling back asleep. The strips do taste good (with no nasty aftertaste), dissolve easily, and are easy to slide out of the convenient case. I love not having to get up for water to swallow more pills. Unfortunately, the low dosage of melatonin was not very effective for me and I didn't notice any improved ease in falling back asleep. Maybe it will have a stronger effect on the average person.

The flavor of the strip was tasty. I took it before bed. I woke up about 2 hours later. I was able to fall back asleep, but I expecting to stay sleep all night. I used it for a few nights same response each night.
