Very satisfied customer!
This pool chemical test kit was fantastic! It worked as it should and is very easy to use. Only need to know these 2 things anyways so it is a simple kit. Love the storage box in which to keep it!

Received this product on time with good delivery. The product unfortunately was not sealed and leaked all over the packaging and was unusable on top of this. There was no refund policy for this, will not order this item again.

Defective yellow bottle
The yellow bottle was impossible to use. The dropper wasn't functioning, and when I squeezed the bottle to get out five drops, the dropper tip popped off, and I lost 99% of the liquid inside. The red bottle worked perfectly. I really wanted to like this product. If it weren't for the defective yellow bottle I would have enjoyed this product thoroughly. I'm also disappointed this product does not allow returns, exchanges, or refunds. If I could exchange I would poke a bigger hole in the tip of the yellow bottle.
