Looks stronger than the advertised picture . I love it! It makes my house look a little ‘rich'. You have to squeeze the button at the top while moving the chain to open. It's very secure, %26 sturdy.

I absolutely love this. I have an autistic son who will roam the house at night when everyone's asleep and he will raid the pantry or go to my desk turn on my computer. He has deleted some of my daughter‘s college work that she needed to turn in the next day thank God it was in the trash and she could retrieve it, but I got it for that reason so at night time he's locked in there and if he wakes up in the morning before I do, I hear him open the door because his door is right next to mine so if you have an autistic child and you need to take extra safety measures, I recommend this

The lock is easy to install. I got the lock to keep my young child in the house. He can unlock the lower locks. This lock keeps him safely inside. The chain is decently thick. It's holding up well so far. I'd recommend it for child proofing. You have to hold the top button to slide the lock out.

Good OVERPROTECTED for doors .

This product is exactly what you expect. It has a nice finish, bright and silver, and feel sturdy. All the things necessary were included in the package. I don't expect to have any problems out of it. It's exactly what I was looking for.

Visual inspection looks very good. Have no installed it yet.
