For the price the ironing board is excellent. Very nice padded cover and seems to be pretty sturdy.
My dislike is very hard to open up and when you open it up it's hard to get it to stand cuz it doesn't stay up it goes down and then it's broke I just do it in the garbage. I would never recommend this it is garbage it is garbage All the money that I spent for this is a waste
The ironing board came well packed in a long cardboard box which protected the contents. I was impressed with the padding on the ironing board - perfect for quilting and machine embroidery projects. I also appreciate the ability to adjust the height of the ironing board since I'm only 5'3”. I could lower it to just my comfort level. It also came with an additional cover. I'm looking forward to using the lower rack for folded clothes or extra fabric and the pull out for the iron stand. After researching ironing boards I think I made the right choice!
This ironing board is sturdy, comes with two covers, one cotton %26 one heat resistant cover, very nice patterns and the covers are very well cushioned.
I am blown away. It is v strong, the included cover would have cost me $24.00. by itself. I got the cover already attached to the ironing board, and free shipping all for under $50.00 . I have a sewing business for 15 yrs now. So I need an ironing board everyday of my life. I was and am thrilled I found this super purchase at Walmart. I luv Walmart it is MY go to for what ever I am looking for to complete my life needs. I believe it surpasses Amazon, pricewise!
the quality and the packaging were great. Unfortunately I have to return it as the rack below came broken and it cannot be closed, keep falling down whenever I am trying to close. Other than the below rack, I really liked it.
Nice ironing board, but I returned it for a bigger one! I wanted the largest I could get because I use it for sewing and quilting exclusively, not really for pressing clothes!
This is a large ironing board that can be adjusted in height. Few pros: strong, large, has racks that can used to hang clothes. Few cons: heavy, racks feel loose and rattle when moving it to put away, heat resistant cover sticks and makes it hard for the iron to move smoothly across clothes, and the cotton cover is not a cover but more of a piece of cloth that you have to figure out how to cover the board (no elastic).
The ironing board I received was damage %26 pieces missing leg extension - since its a 3rd party seller, I could not get instant refund- I kept but had to purchase a “lighter duty” one for the house gift.
I have owned and used ironing boards for most of my life. This ironing board would not stay up once opened to it's full height. Three (3) times it collapsed to the floor flat during the initial attempt to set up for ironing. If I had a hot iron on the board and the board collapsed , I could have been imjured and badly burned. There is a malfunction in the release arm so it had to be returned. The cover fabric was also very rough but I could have dealt with that. But after the third collapse of this ironing board I realized that something was very wrong.
