I've only used this a few times so far, but this is a great product for the price! It was easy to put together and sturdy. It's easy to adjust the heights and angles of everything. I'm 6'2" and I fit comfortably. Because it's compact, the bench is a little narrow and I usually have to adjust my grip a bit after lifting the bar from the rack. It has pegs for weight storage, but I would keep the weights low (5s and under for sure). Overall, this is a an awesome and affordable bench that does it's job!

overall this is a very nice sturdy bench. well made and solid. arrived in very good condition and assembly was a breeze. the bench itself is a bit narrow.

Price was excellent and the product appears to be good quality. Only knock is that it appears to have a leg attachment. But it is not. It is for sit-ups and reverse crunches.

This bench doesn't even seem to be intended for adults, it's like a kids bench. / - Assembly could have clearer instructions with part labeling, if you don't get lucky or really don't pay too much attention you will end up redoing some of the steps. Kind of frustrating. - It's too narrow in the width, even though I am an average build. - bench is not holding weight very well on barbell, it's kind of wobbly. - even though technically it has height adjustable but for all practical purposes putting back that pin is a pain. Same applies for other adjustable settings. Overall I feel like it's not worth it unless you just use it once in a while. I am kind of disappointed with it and thinking to return but only reason I am holding back that I need to unassembled and put it back.

Very hard to understand instructions. Missing bolt. One bolt too short. Took over 3 hours to put together.

For someone that benches wide, it's not good, I can barely line up to bench, using the lines on the bar.

There's a half missing weightlifting bench pole. We found it was hassle to order this one. We ended up wasting our money on this missing half pole. It was our Christmas gift but unfortunately it has not been used yet even though we set it up. 😔
