Vibrant Life Extra Large Open Top Cat Litter Box, 1 Count

Not as deep as my old one, but I think it will work as a back up. We had an outdoor cat adopt us a few months ago, and we realized she was pregnant and on Sunday evening, she gave birth. We got this to use in the basement since we have the mother and new kittens upstairs.

So glad we got these two litter boxes! They are not high-sided, so it makes it much easier for our older cat to get in and out of them. With the boxes being extra large, it also makes it much easier for our larger cats to use them and not make a mess on the floor around the litter box. The depth of the box is great because it holds enough litter for multiple cat use.

bought this cause my cats get litter all over the place with the more shallow box i had before. The higher sides make a big difference. Just don't overfill it thinking you dont have enough litter in there, otherwise it will negate having higher sides

My boy cat absolutely loved it great buy . He made a mess the first time , only because trying to extinguish his litter box being the appropriate size that he ( Scarr) wanted and it being durable for him, but he loves it he's a six year-old cat male cat. Length 9 width 4 perfect and spacious for scarrs approval

This box is the perfect size for my cats. It gives them plenty of space, it's sturdy, and it is very easy to scoop. When I've had it a few months, it's inexpensive enough that I can wave goodbye to it as the trash truck takes it away, and order another one. It's the perfect box for my big furry babies!

I liked how the cat seemed to be able to use this tray, and keep most of the litter inside. Not a tray for kittens. But my panther-sized cat does better with this sized tray and prefers the roominess. Probably because you can put more litter in and it hides the evidence faster and deeper. You will still need to clean out the deposits as much as before so you should not buy this if that's your reason to purchase. This also made a noticeable reduction in the cat-box odor.

My favorite box that meets the needs of my extra large cat. Well assembled high sides, but not too high. She is able to climb in the side that is lower. I've never had a problem with the litter being kicked out of the box. I would recommend. Competitive pricing.

Kitty loves the box! It is just a simple plastic bin and doesn't have a dip in the front to make it easier for the cat to climb in and out, but as long as your cat has no leg problems, this box will be just fine. I was worried Sammy would be upset at having a new box that was different from his previous box, but he didn't care at all. Happy cat mom! This box could easily be used as a storage container too, if you need to put stuff in a box and don't mind that it doesn't have a lid.

I have three large full grown cats. I ordered 2 extra large kitty litter boxes. I received 2 itty-bitty, extra-small litter boxes. Not even one of my babies could fit his/her little behind in this pint-sized box, much less have room to turn around (as cats do) or scratch and cover a hole for their potty needs. When the little boxes arrived, all 3 of my cats burst out laughing! I returned those 2 little boxes for credit, and have subsequently reordered the x-large litter boxes. These I love!

I bought this litter box because the listing shows it as being 9 inches tall, but that is not accurate. I measured the one I received and it is not even 7 inches tall, so the advertised height is very misleading. That matters a lot for a litter box because I specifically needed higher sides to help with litter scatter and cats peeing near the edge. It also claims to be non-stick, but litter and residue still stick to the inside, so that part is misleading too. The box itself is usable as a basic low-sided litter box but it should not be listed as 9 inches tall or advertised as nonstick when it clearly isn't. I would not have bought this if I had known the real height and that litter would still stick to it. The product description needs to be corrected.
