I buy these for my two sons, age 13 and 17, to give them a little boost in the vitamin department. They're diet is not too great, and they don't go outside enough. It may be the one thing I don't' need to remind them to do and they always remind me when they run out for me to order more. I personally think they are too sweet for me.
When I don’t take this vitamin I can tell a difference in my energy! These gummies make such a difference. For women who lack energy , I take 2 of these and 2 B12 and I’m good for the day and never run out of energy. Now my dose may not fit your needs so always check with your doctor first , but if they give the ok, def a go buy !
I’ve been using Vitafusion products for years. Vitafusion has a variety of formulations, tastes great, and is a good value for the price. Even my picky grandson loves them!
After I had covid, I knew my immune system needed some help, so I started taking these, and I’m dealing with less headaches. I think they are providing some vitamins and supplements I’m slightly low in.
They look nothing like the picture but they do taste great. We had a cold circling our house for 2 months, I bought these and we've been cold free for weeks now.
these vitamins taste great and we don't feel any ill effects from them. I'd like to say they work really well, but who knows? do they do anything?! i heard a doctor on the morning news describing a big study that was just completed that showed multivitamins to be very beneficial so i bought them.

It looks like these gummy vitamins must have melted at some point and have now all fused together at the bottom of the jar. We can't even get one out in one piece, we have to cut a piece with a knife.
taste terrible and they are like chewing on rubber.
