I don't usually eat sweets but these gummies aren't so bad. The strawberry flavor is tasty and though on the sweet side the sugars aren't as deadly as refined white. I like the chewable quality because I'm older now and have little interest in swallowing pills. I do actually recommend these gummies.

I take daily vitamins but I sometimes find myself forgetting to take them on some days. These gummies are so good that I never forgot to take them! It's great if you forget to take your vitamins but also good if you have trouble swallowing big pills!

Item was delivered in an ordinary box with paper packing but when I went to open the bottle it had a slimy substance on the outside. The label was intact but it looked like something washed the color and writing off in spots. I cleaned it off and it started to get sudsy like soap. Not really sure if Im safe to open it and eat them.
