I have been taking the capsules daily for the last month and I am feeling good. I am 51 and this has really helped me sleep better, has decreased hot flashes and brain fog. I also have more energy. I recommend this product.

I started taking this product on the advice of her gynecologist. My body tolerated it well, the cycle did not go astray. It should normalization of estrogen production. I will take it all the time now.

Easy to swallow, pillow not to large. As I understand it, you'd have to eat a huge amount of brocolli or other crucifficous veggies to get this much of DIM.

I have not noticed any changes since beginning these pills. I have been taking as directed for 2 weeks and I do not feel any different and acne is still present. I will continue for 2 more weeks and if I notice any change I will update my review.

I am not sure about the quality of this DIM supplement. DIM supplements are known to cause urine discolouration (dark orange) few hours after ingesting. I have been using this brand for 10 days now and didn't see this usual side effect. Is this really a quality DIM supplement? I am not convinced. I should have stick with the NUTRICOST brand. Quite disappointed with this product.
