A MUST BUY
If you have just tried melatonin only for sleep aid. You NEED to try this!! It takes a lot for me to get sleep. I probably won't ever try anything else for sleep.

Works well, great value.
It absolutely helped to fall asleep in 30 minutes. I like the pill form as I don't like chewable getting stuck in my teeth. These also have so hidden sweeteners or artificial flavors. I recommend it for adults.
