Vitamatic Zinc Supplement 50 mg Zinc Gluconate, 2 Pack, 120 Ct

These zinc supplement tablets are 50mg and there are 120 in the bottle with recommended dosage of 1 daily. The tablets are round and are easy for me to swallow. It says on the bottle that it supports a healthy immune system and supports energy production* but that those statements haven't been evaluated by the FDA. There is a MADE IN THE USA on the front & says they are free of sugar, starch, sodium, yeast, soy, corn, wheat, egg, artificial color, flavors & preservatives. Is has a GMP which is Good Manufacturing Practice emblem and Non GMO. I take zinc for several different reasons and will continue to do so.

It is very hard to review supplements based on their ability to help you, but I can say that these appear to be quality manufactured and they come packaged very well. I will say that you have to eat when you take these or they will make you feel sick. Always consult a physician regarding the use of supplements!

Excellent product, I received these VITAMATIC zinc vitamins and it is the perfect time to start taking them with all the coronavirus going around to help boost my immune system. I have taken zinc before to help reduce the time with a common cold, and these pills are easy to swallow. So far they are working well. VITAMATIC zinc are a smaller to average size tablet too. More importantly, they do not upset my stomach. Zinc is known to help boost the immune system and again, with everything going around I highly recommend these!

The Zinc tablets are a good buy and are providing me needed assistance and they are made in the USA. The go down well and I have had no problems swallowing them.

I was not familiar with the VitaMatic brand, so I thought I would give their Zinc tablets a try and compare them to other supplements I had taken before. The exact product I tried was the Vitamic Zinc 50 mg supplement. Included in the bottle I received were 120 uncoated tablets. I feel this is a generous amount as many brands only include half that. I also liked the lack of a coating because there are that many fewer ingredients between me and the Zinc. That's important to me, because when I take a supplement, I don't want it supplemented with ingredients I didn't ask for. Despite being uncoated, the tablets were easy to swallow, and did not bother my stomach. This is a problem I sometimes have with vitamins, especially when I take them on an empty stomach. Also, despite being uncoated, there was no bad aftertaste to come back and haunt me in the middle of the day - like some other vitamins I have taken in the past. All in all, as far as I'm concerned, I am very satisfied with the product. Easy to swallow, no bad aftertaste, an ample supply, and no unnecessary ingredients. Feels like a win to me.

I was happy to find that these are talc free, (because so many supplements have talc, which is linked to cancer, so I no longer allow it in my home). These didn't upset my stomach (but I did take them with food, as recommended). I am happy with the product, I know some supplements need to be taken for awhile to see full results, not sure if that's true for zink, because I have not taken zink in years. I had never bought this brand, so now I wonder what other products they have to offer, since I have had a positive experience with the brand. Not sure what photos they have in mind, but I will send them anyway.

Vitamins are always a toss up. Where do they come from? How much is filler? Will they even dissolve? Do they work? The package arrived very quickly for one of these "product to review" offers. I was surprised at the speed and the packaging. It was enough package without the waste of too much packaging. Score one for packaging. I've had the product for about a week, and the recommended dosage is 1 tablet each day. I am sensitive to many things, and this says there is no "egg, corn, wheat, soy, sugar, yeast, sodium, artificial color/flavor/preservatives." The tablet is swallowed. It is not large, maybe the size of a lima bean, but circular. There were 120 tablets, so the bottle is about half full. I've taken one each day. While I cannot say if it is helping, I can say that with this being the only change, I seem to be resting better at night. I have not felt sick to my stomach or had any bowl cramps, so it appears to be a fairly clean product. Additives seem to affect my digestive track. The product is from Raritan, New Jersey - I would have preferred to test the product for several weeks, as it is difficult to tell how a vitamin affects you in only one week. So, I can tell you that I have not had any reactions to the product. I am still taking it daily and plan to finish the bottle.

The packaging has a plastic strip around the top when you first get it. The plastic band is tight and there is no perforation which makes this EXTREMELY difficult to open. While a nuisance at first it is actually good because you can be assured of no tampering!!! The bottle also has an inner foil seal (if you can ever manage to remove the plastic seal) to assure you of no tampering as well. There was no scent coming from the pills as I've noticed with some other zinc supplements. The pills are relatively small and were easy to swallow. I normally have issues with taking pills but these were a breeze to take with only one swig of water. There was no aftertaste and no odor with burps either. I can't speak to the effectiveness of the actual zinc as I have not come into contact with other people to possibly get sick so far.

I have been taking these zinc tablets for about 2 weeks now. I haven't seen any difference in my immune system. I'm someone who has a compromised immune system. And often, I feel run down at times. The tablets have a slight after taste. Somewhat like aspirin. The taste isn't off putting or foul, but noticeable The direction indicate to take one tablet daily and it's suggested that you take it with food. I took it on an empty stomach a few times and was ok. .

ZINC is a mineral. It is called an "essential trace element" because very small amounts of zinc are necessary for human health. Most people will consume enough ZINC in their diets that supplementation is not necessary. Good sources of ZINC can be found in red meat, poultry, fish, dairy products, nuts, and whole grains. For those who are low in ZINC than a supplement may be in order if an individual doesn't consume a balanced diet. I only took the Vitamatic Zinc 2x's. The first time I took it I felt nauseous. This may have been because I didn't have enough food in my stomach. The recommended dose is one tablet daily and should be taken with food. I can't say that I noticed any diffference in my energy level or anything else. I like that this is manufactured in the U.S.A. I would suggest consulting with your Doctor before taking any supplements, as some can have adverse side affects if not needed.
