[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like how easy it is to take these as they are coated caplets. They are vitamin C caplet with bioflavonoids and wild rose hips. Just one caplet a day provides me with the much needed vitamin C to help keep immunity strong. It is non GMO and vegetarian friendly. One caplet daily is all you need, or if you wish you can take twice daily. I have been taking one daily and I think that is plenty to benefit me.

I really enjoy the addition of the Wild Rose Hips and Bioflavonoids as they just add extra benefits. The best part of this product is that there is no aftertaste from the capsule. I really appreciate that. Also is easy to digest as I have not had any issues with that at all.

My only issue is, these supplements are HUGE! It's like taking horse pills! I had to start breaking them in half in order to swallow them better.
