Vondior fat separator.
I make bone broth about once a month. This fat separator makes it much easier and less mess to clean up. wish I had bought this years ago!

Awesome fat separator.
The fat separator works well. It's still too new to find out its longevity but seems solid and easy to clean. i actually use another strainer under this one to catch even more tiny pieces of bone or other solids

Shipper Info
Shipping by Fedex was not the best way to ship. Delivered two days late. I think using UPS would have been much better.

Doesn't work well
This was a replacement to an old glass one. It just doesn't work the same. Light weight plastic, I believe it would break if dropped. I have already purchased a different one that works much better
