VTech CS6114 DECT 6.0 Cordless Phone System (without Digital Answering System)

I'm visiting my mom and Dad from Pennsylvania. Just knowing that I can use Walmart pickup at their local Walmart has been a absolutely amazing experience. To everyone at the pick-up Department. 5 ⭐ plus you're all very professional and knowledgeable employees. I appreciate all your extra effort while was in Inverness Florida. wish I could take you back to Lincoln Hwy East and show them how you're supposed to treat customers. Again amazing job. Was in need of a cordless phone something simple for an elderly to use. This was exactly what i needed. The numbers light up are easy to read phone is super easy to program and inexpensive. Trust me its worth it!

It is a great phone I only needed one but when I move to a home I will need more of them. Walmart is a great place to buy them from I have no problem with that.

It's nice, but it doesn't have a speaker button. The led screen is very hard to see considering I have recessed lighting in my home, the glare makes it almost impossible to see the screen at any given time of day. It charges a bit slower that my last model of vtech home phone, but the battery life seems about the same. First use, the call was super scratchy for the first 3 minutes of the call then it cleared up. Many callers say they can barely hear me, so I do have to project my voice a bit when talking on this device but it isn't to the point where I have to holler or stress my voice. Overall it came in clutch when I had to replace my original house phone on a budget. Would recommend a better quality phone if you can spare a few extra dollars. The ringer isn't the loudest also

Phone itself is fine. Nice features such as Caller ID (CID) and you can program in numbers. Phone did not come with a telephone cord and I had a bunch of trouble finding one (the cord that plugs phone into wall or cable box for tele line) Other than that, its fine.

No speakers phone and very quite. Very basic. I would recommend you spend a few more dollars and get the phone with a speaker and more options. I think I will return this and get CS6919 for $3 more.

when pushing the numbers keys at first the tone was loud now you can hardly hear the sound when pushing the numbers keys i called the v-tech customer service people and could not help with the problem then said i should send it back to walmark because it is defective. what about this promblem walmark what can i do ?.

Difficult to program. Finally got the current time and date into phone. (I'm an intermediate computer user. I have very few problems with any type of installation). Also, the phone stand is unstable for daily use on a living room end table. I am returning this phone.

I was happy to be getting a house phone again, I don't care for using cell phone at home. However, everyone that has called me or I have called them can't understand me it's very staticky and I can't hear them nor can they hear me, it's very noisy and sounds like your under water or in a tunnel, I have exchanged it thinking perhaps it's a faulty phone and I got the new one charged up made a call and same outcome. I would not suggest buying this phone.

I gave this phone a 1 star because the volume is extremely low even after making the adjustments (so is the ringer) and I did not realize there is no speaker phone option. If my son would not have thrown the box away, I would have definitely returned it and paid more for another selection.
